What ChinaEasey provides
ChinaEasey provides travel-preparation materials and human support for practical travel friction in China, including payments, transport, apps, language, logistics, and medical-navigation communication support within stated boundaries.
What we do not provide
We are not a hospital, doctor, emergency service, police replacement, law firm, insurer, or full-service travel agency. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or guarantee that every problem can be solved.
Service window and delivery
The first 24 hours after arrival are the main entry-point use case for our arrival support. That does not redefine the full service window. Paid support plans are delivered according to the validity period shown at checkout, and active support is operated on a 7×24 service basis once set up.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. If you believe there was a billing error or delivery issue, contact support@chinaeasey.com promptly so we can review it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or harassment. We may refuse service where safety, legality, or operational integrity requires it.
